We are looking for a new evangelical and charismatic pastor (church leader) to lead CCC in the coming years in its desire to love, worship and serve God, to be attentive to the Holy Spirit and to follow Jesus’ call to love your neighbour and go and tell the world just how good He is

Chesterfield Community Church is a part of the Catalyst (New Frontiers) family of churches. We are a Word and Spirit church of around 160 people and we have seen God bless and grow the church significantly post-Covid. We are looking now for the right candidate to lead us into a fresh season and who is able to build on the foundation of a well established and vibrant charismatic church.

Missions
The Church has a heart for both local and global mission. The right candidate would have a heart to be involved and strategically lead in both areas.
Leadership at CCC
The Church is led by a diverse team of elders, wider leaders, trustees, and ministry leads. Being able to work collaboratively within the context of team is a key part of the role.
Sundays
An ability to lead a church to further growth on a Sunday, including regular preaching and meeting leading.
Midweek
Meeting missionally throughout the week, in various settings, including outreach and home groups.

Knowing how important theological perspectives are, we have a link to a document that details our church beliefs for Sunday Teaching.
