Chesterfield Community Church is a part of the Catalyst (New Frontiers) family of churches. We are a Word and Spirit church and we have seen God bless and grow the church significantly post-Covid. We are looking now for the right candidate to lead us into a fresh season and who is able to build on the foundation of a well established and vibrant charismatic church.

Missions
The Church has a heart for both local and global mission. The right candidate would have a heart to be involved and strategically lead in both areas.
Leadership at CCC
The Church is led by a diverse team of elders, wider leaders, trustees, and ministry leads. Being able to work collaboratively within the context of team is a key part of the role.
Sundays
An ability to lead a church to further growth on a Sunday, including regular preaching and meeting leading.
Midweek
Meeting missionally throughout the week, in various settings, including outreach and home groups.
